Technical data received during a visit
The website host and delivery network may process standard request information such as IP address, requested URL, time, browser or device details, and referring page. What happens when you follow an external link
An APK download request is sent to the configured CloudFront host, which can receive your IP address, browser details, request time, and referrer according to its own systems and policies. Account questions are directed to Customer Service inside the installed app rather than an external website.
Sensitive account and payment information
Do not send an OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, banking password, complete payment-card number, remote-access permission, or unmasked identity document through an unknown link. For a legitimate support case, provide only the minimum account and transaction evidence requested inside the app's Customer Service process.
